This week on the show Maine and Miranda recap the WNO 21 card, Arte Suave 30, Subversion Ascension, and preview UFC Fight Pass Invitational 5, Finishers Money in the Bank, and talk IBJJF No-Gi Worlds.

In the recap section of the show we talk about WNO and discuss the technical points of the matches starting with Mica Galvao vs Kody Steele that saw Mica win with a RNC after some amazing suplexes and retaining his Welterweight Title. 

In Pedro Marinho vs Rafael Lovato Jr. we talk about how Pedro used pace and wrestling to win a decision and retain his Light Heavyweight Title. 

In Diego "Pato" Olivera vs Diogo "Baby Shark" Reis we talk about the title changing hands due to a knee injury via Injury giving Pato the WNO Featherweight belt. 

In late replacement Giancarlo Bodoni vs Lucas Barbosa we talk about this ADCC finals rematch that saw Giancarlo take a decision over Hulk. 

In Luke Griffith vs Roosevelt Sousa we talk about Sousa leg entries and the counter Heel Hook Luke was able to hit early in the match. 

In Helena Crevar vs Julia Maele we talk about Crevar using her Guard and then seeing her top game on display as she went on to win a decision. 

In Tainan Dalpra vs Troy Russell we talk about Tainan anticipated No-Gi Black Belt debut and his wresting and finishing armbar sequence that won him the match. 

In the Battle of Trials medalist we talk about Owen Jones vs Dominic Mejia where Owen was able to leverage his guard to win a decision.

In Reese Lafever vs Estevan Martinez we talked about the pace of the match and Reese's ability to slow down the match in the places he wanted and win a decision.

We also discuss Nick Mataya submission win over Ian Butler with a Kimura, and Mia Funegra defeating Janice Russell with an armbar.

We then recap Arte Suave 30 talking about Keith Krikiorian, and Queixinho matches on the card. 

We then talk about Josh Saunders Vs Bob Farias on Subversion Ascension.

In the preview section we talk about every match on the UFC FPI Nicholas Meregali vs Felipe Pena a rematch from 2018 but this time in No-Gi with Pena training for a triathlon leading up to the match.  

In another rematch we talk about Nicky Rodriguez vs Yuri Simoes and how this match may look far different with the developments to Nicky Rod's game.  

In Mason Fowler vs Haisam Rida we discussed the "small mans game" that Fowler is able to play and the sometimes hot and cold explosive nature of Haisam game.  

In Nicky Ryan vs Jonnatas Gracie we discuss pace and if Nicky will be able to counter the increasing pace of Gracie.  

In Dan Manasoiu vs Victor Hugo we talk about another ADCC rematch and how to FPI rules may play a huge factor here and the additional year of experience for Big Dan may be a deciding factor. 

In Luiza Monteiro vs Elisabeth Clay we talk about the leg lock offense of Clay going into this rematch. 

In Achilles Rocha vs Andy Varela in a very interesting matchup where pace may be a deciding factor with Varela at altitude in his hometown.  

We also discuss Vagner Rocha vs Victor Silveiro, Christian Guzman vs Aaron Wilson, Hannah Goldy vs Amanda Mazza,.

In the outro Maine and Miranda talked about ramping up for their own competitions.
