This week on the show, Maine and Miranda preview the Polaris 38 Welterweight GP as well as the Women's Bantamweight title fight.

In the news section of the show, we discussed some upcoming matches, including Vagner Rocha Vs Jay Rod, and discuss the recent dropouts from ADCC, speculate on why and discuss some of the people that have been confirmed for the event.

In the preview of the Welterweight GP, we discussed the bracketing and some of the common matches between the men in the bracket. We also make our picks for each of the 3 rounds. Plus, discuss the rule set of the event and how it might lead to certain people being favored over others.

We also briefly discussed the rematch in the women's Bantamweight division.
