This week on the show, Maine and Josh preview the upcoming 2026 ADCC world championship roster scheduled for Poland in a few months. We discussed some of the notable competitors as well as the lack of returning champions for the 2026 world championships.

We take a look at every single men's and women's division and briefly touch on how all of the competitors and athletes got there and with the landscape of the tournament looks like this year. We also discussed the move of the tournament back abroad with this being the first time in the last six years that the event has not taken place in the US.

We also briefly preview the UFC BJJ 10 that has some of the former top contenders and champions scheduled to compete on the card.
